마누카 (학명 : Letospermum scoparium)는 뉴질랜드 고유의 작은 자생나무로서
언덕, 해안지역, 숲 언저리에서 자랍니다. 마누카는 초여름 따뜻할 대 꽃이 만발하며 꿀벌뜰이 이 나무 꽃에서
넥타를 채취해 마누카 꿀을 만듭니다.

복용방법
① 일반적인 복용법
- 온수나 냉수에 타서 음용하거나 토스트에 바르거나 차에 설탕 대신 사용합니다.
② 소화기질환 건강
- 소화기능 촉진을 위해서는 식사 30분 전에 티스픈으로 1~2스푼 (5~10g)을 복용하십시오.
- 또는 빵이나 비스켓에 발라 복용 (빈속에 물에 타서 복용하면 마누카꿀이 너무 빨리 소화되어 위장내 머물면서
작용할 수 있는 시간이 상대적으로 적어지는 단점이 있음). 가능하면 하루 공복에 3회 이상 복용하는 것을 권장합니다.
